I help Black moms & birthing people prepare for their hospital delivery as a doula and childbirth educator.
After months of research and speaking with other Black women, I’ve combined their wisdom with all I learned from being a bedside Labor & Delivery nurse and a DONA-trained doula into a childbirth education experience for Black moms & and their families.
All I want for YOUR *birth* day is an empowering delivery where you feel respected and safe when advocating for your body and baby.
Now, I’d love to help you get ready to deliver AND take care of yourself and your baby after birth, with comprehensive, culturally-competent (FUBU, if you will), childbirth education.
